Our Buy Back Offer is subject to the following conditions:
- The vehicle must be used for a maximum of 14-day or 250 miles.
- No excessive or unprofessional repairs should have been performed.
- There should be no indication of abnormal usage.
- The car should not have incurred any damage that was not pre-existing.
- Vandalism, sabotage, and theft are not covered under this program.
By opting for our Buy-Back Guarantee, buyers agree to the following terms and conditions:
- The request for buy-back must be initiated by the buyer via email within 30 calendar days after the online purchase date.
- The vehicle must be paid for and located on the buyer’s property when requesting buy-back.
- The buyer must not have transferred or sold the vehicle to a third party after the online purchase.
- Confirmation of the vehicle’s eligibility for buy-back may take approximately 30 days. An inspection will be conducted and reviewed by the program administrator to validate the condition against the car details at the time of online purchase.

Here are the revised conditions for eligibility for the buy-back program at Tuttle’s Auto Inc:
- The vehicle’s condition must match or exceed the condition indicated on the Equipment Details Page at the time of purchase.
- The car must meet the inspection criteria outlined in Tuttle’s Auto Inc Terms & Conditions at the time of the buy-back request.
- The Buy-Back Guarantee cannot be added or removed after the purchase has been completed.
- Once the buy-back is confirmed, the buyer will receive notification, and a refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of the transferable title from the buyer.
- Following repurchase under the Buy-Back Guarantee program, the car will remain on the buyer’s premises until it is picked up by one of our agents (typically within approximately 7 days after the buyer receives the refund). The buyer is expected to cooperate with the remarketing process, including granting inspection access, providing photographs, and facilitating vehicle pickup.
- The buyer must store the vehicle safely and responsibly, in line with industry standards. Any damage or loss incurred after repurchase and until the vehicle is picked up from the buyer’s property is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Tuttle’s Auto Inc reserves the right to impose limitations on the number of items for which any buyer may purchase the buy-back policy.
